Benjamin Wolin
President and Chief Executive Officer
Benjamin Wolin is the president and chief executive officer of Covetrus. Previously, Wolin was the CEO and co-founder of Everyday Health, Inc., a communications and marketing platform for consumers, doctors and healthcare companies, and a member of its board of directors for 14 years. He received his B.A. in history from Bowdoin College.
Cameron Foster
Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
Cameron Foster leads Covetrus’ global efforts to identify, pursue, and execute strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and joint ventures. Foster previously worked as an investment professional at private equity firms Observer Capital and Irving Place Capital and held executive leadership roles in private equity owned businesses, as Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at iHeartMedia, Inc. (owned by Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners) and as a restructuring and turnaround advisor with Alvarez & Marsal. Foster began his career as a mergers & acquisitions analyst in the investment banking division of Citigroup. He received a B.A. in Public Policy Studies with Honors from Duke University.   
Matthew Foulston
Global Chief Financial Officer
Matthew Foulston oversees the finance organization at Covetrus. He brings considerable depth and a range of experience from his roles in global distribution- and manufacturing-oriented companies. Over the years, Foulston has served in a number of roles in technical, strategic and operational finance capacities and, more recently, was the chief financial officer for Treehouse Foods and Compass Minerals, both of which are publicly traded companies. Foulston spent the earlier part of his career in the automotive industry at Ford, Mazda and Navistar. Matthew holds a BSc In Economics from Loughborough University in the UK. 
Bekki Kidd
Head of Operations
Bekki is head of operations & operational excellence for Covetrus. Her leadership extends companywide across Covetrus’ global operations within/related to: distribution centers and facilities; commercial and compounding pharmacies; regulatory; quality; continuous improvement; and operational excellence. Bekki joins Covetrus from Cardinal Health, where she held leadership roles in global planning, manufacturing, supply chain and operational excellence over the last ten years. Bekki has also worked for Abbott Nutrition, the Coca Cola Company, GE Superabrasives and PPG Industries. Bekki holds Bachelor of Chemistry and an MBA degree from the Ohio State University.
Matthew Malenfant
Chief Commercial Officer
Matthew Malenfant oversees Covetrus’ global commercial business. Matt is a proven leader in the life science, healthcare and packaging industries, and an expert in distribution and supply chain businesses. The majority of his career has been spent in the healthcare sector, including VWR International, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and operations, culminating as president of the Americas, and DWK Life Sciences, where he is chairman of the Supervisory Board. Prior to joining Covetrus, Matt was CEO of Saxco International, a leader in the packaging sector for beverage products. Matt holds a B.A. in Broadcasting Communication and a BSc in Marketing Management from Arizona State University, as well as a M.A. in Senior Management from Merck University. 
Margie B. Pritchard
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Margie B. Pritchard oversees and manages the global work and resources of the company’s legal team. To her role, Margie brings tenure at the company, having managed corporate and board governance and advised and provided counsel to investor relations, human resources and employee relations, and executive management. Her 30+ years of experience includes work for a top-tier law firm, in-house general counsel positions, and various entrepreneurial endeavors across diverse business sectors. Pritchard is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, Newark, and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. 
Georgina Wraight
Executive Vice President and President, Global Technology Solutions
Georgia Wraight, based in the U.S., leads Covetrus' technology solutions teams around the globe. She drives the innovation, development and extension of our tech-enabled platform of complementary products and services. This platform supports the business side of veterinary practices, enabling the practice to retain more time to practice medicine and care for their clients and their animals. Prior to her current position, Georgia served as president and COO for Vets First Choice, which merged with Henry Schein Animal Health in 2019 to create Covetrus. Georgia has more than 20 years’ experience in finance and operations at multi-national companies like the The Rockport Group, Ernst & Young, Walt Disney and the BBC. During her tenure as COO for The Rockport Group, she developed the operational strategy for global expansion and led the global “carve out” from Adidas.
